THE BLUEPRINT STORY
Our founder Simon Kirkbride set up Blueprint Project Solutions in 2014 with a determination to do things differently. Having worked for large corporations throughout his career, he took the next step to set up his own project controls consultancy. His mission was to deliver expert-led project controls for his clients, to contribute to projects that would leave a lasting-legacy for future generations and to create an environment where his team felt they could bring their authentic selves to work. Today, Blueprint is powered by their team of experts across the country helping to deliver project control solutions for all our clients.
Throughout Blueprint’s growth to date, these founding principles have been rooted in the organisation’s DNA - defined as the ‘Blueprint Way’. It sums up who we are, our approach and why we come to work each day. It is powered by an ambition to always do the right thing and build trust with our clients, through honest communication and expert delivery. It acts as an anchor to remind us of the importance of our culture and values as we continue to grow.
For us, it is a defining statement for the business - to hold ourselves to account and to use as a benchmark for our behaviours and decision making. We will always ask ourselves: are we doing this the Blueprint Way?
OUR VALUES
At Blueprint, our values are at the core of everything we do - we eat, sleep and breathe them - which means they are implicit. They work together to inspire the way we work and collaborate as a team each day. We display our values internally and externally, through both our actions and partnerships with clients, with a shared understanding of what drives us.

CURIOSITY
