Here at Blueprint, we’re thrilled to be able to offer ECITB-accredited Project Controls Training courses designed by our industry experts to take learners through the fundamental disciplines of Project Controls.
The demand for project controllers is rapidly increasing due to major growth in planned construction and infrastructure projects.
What sets us apart is the years of knowledge and experience our subject matter experts have from working in a specialist Project Controls consultancy, which allows them to bring theory to life with their real-world expertise. We foster an interactive learning environment and encourage all participants to ask questions throughout the training for an enjoyable and enriching learning experience.
We have sixteen expert-led modules, spanning four different courses, which are all delivered in person in at our dedicated training room here at Blueprint HQ near Stroud. The courses are designed to ensure construction and civil engineering professionals are fully equipped in every aspect of the project controls function.

We’re proud to be an ECITB (Engineering, Construction Industry Training Board) Approved Training Provider, certifying both our project controls training material and our trainers. This accreditation by the industry body endorses the quality and credibility of our training.

Course fees and ECITB funding
Courses will be run from just £395 + VAT per delegate per day.
If you are an ECITB in-scope company you are eligible for training grant support. Our project planning and control accredited modules will be denoted clearly as you go through our service offering.
Who is this training for?
Our project controls courses are designed to suit all entry levels, from seasoned project controls professionals, to those new to the industry.
Our introductory course designed for those eager to enter project controls and understand more about the whole Project Environment. Courses will include classroom-style teaching, hands-on exercises, presentation of exercise outputs, and feedback from one of our ECITB-accredited trainers.
We also cater for project controls consultants with proven experience. Blueprint partners with global organisations across the Energy, Defence and Infrastructure sectors to offer bespoke training for your employees. Our courses are ideal for developing in-house proficiency for effective estimation, planning, scheduling, cost control, and project control.

Each course is delivered by one of our approved ECITB trainers and varies in duration from one to four days at our dedicated training facility.
The days will include teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, and a final exercise. The outputs of this exercise will be presented to the trainer and feedback on this work will be given.

All our training modules take place in person at our dedicated training facility near Stroud, Gloucestershire, which is easily accessible for commuters from London, Cardiff, and Bristol.

Our in-person courses are designed by our industry experts against the ECITB Level 3 training standards.
Upon successful completion of our accredited modules, learners will receive an official certificate from the ECITB.
