Project Controls Plan Development
This in-person course has been designed by our industry experts and will take learners through an overview of a Project Controls Plan. The course will breakdown what a Project Controls Plan is, why they are used and how they can be implemented to bring about Project success.
The course will be delivered by one of our ECITB approved trainers in a day. The session will include teaching, in-classroom exercises, discussions, and a final exercise. The outputs of this exercise will be presented to the trainer and feedback on this work will be given.
